Vienne Rey ~ Style Reimagined From Ash

Vienne Rey is a collection of one-of-one pieces of sustainable wearable art that celebrate the beauty of the divine feminine silhouette made exclusively by hand using scrap textile and waste material that would otherwise end up in landfill. Her designs are made primarily from thrifted graphic cotton t-shirts & denim that have been loved a lot, tablecloths, curtains, her wedding dress, bandanas, and anything lace.

Vienne’s wearable art can best be described as fluid…… Every Wear. Her designs can be rocked as day wear, evening wear, resort wear, and everything in between. Vienne loves the concept of play. There are no rules governing how to decorate the body.

How glorious to wear an evening length skirt or gown with a silk headwrap and shoulder dusting earrings to go grocery shopping! If it makes you feel beautiful and lights you up inside, do it. Why not?

Signatures of Vienne’s designs include raw edges, original creative concept, and a love letter to all things feminine. Authenticity is beautiful. The imperfect nature of Vienne’s wearable art serves as a gentle reminder that truth is a gateway to liberation.

The Collections

The Rose Line ~ this collection features Vienne’s flagship OOAK design of the Rose Maxi embellished with a handstitched 3D rose adorning the waist as a talisman for divine feminine power of creation.

Phoenix Capsule ~ this collection is made up of Vienne’s OOAK Phoenix dolman sleeve wrap tops that are cut from a single piece of fabric with no seam and can be worn an infinite number of ways

Rock ‘n (re) Roll Patch Wear ~ this collection is OOAK and consists of thrifted cotton t-shirts and other scrap textiles of cottons and bamboo jersey knits that have 4-way stretch and feel good against the skin. These scrap materials are sewn together in a patchwork quilt style to make something called re-roll … a new roll (or bolt) of fabric from which new pieces of wearable art are created.

Redemption Denim ~ this collection features Vienne’s OOAK denim jackets made from upcycled denim jeans, as well as curated denim jackets from thrift stores that are embellished with embroidered graphic tees and Vienne’s original free hand paintings of inspirational imagery + poetry.
